. CX sectors valid on CX only. KTM-HKG v v; HKG-PUS v v; HKG-SDJ v v; HKG-BKI v v valid on KA. HKG-TPE v v valid on KA/CX . RBD : CX/KA : as indicated in the RBD column above.
. Ticket Stock : KA
. Fares : Rates given above are gross and exclusive of HKG Qs and other taxes and surcharges.
. Sales period : 01 AUG 2009 - 31 DEC 09
. Travel period : On/After 01 AUG 2009-31 DEC 2009
. EI : NON END/RERTE/REF
. MIN/MAX stay : OD/1Y Exception : Routings KTM-HKG v v validity will be as indicated in the Min/Max column
. Stopovers : In EYCL stopovers permitted at intermediate point in HKG in each direction.
In JCL outbound stopover at HKG is permitted with a fee of NPR 20675.00 and for return journey free.
. Open Jaw : Open jaw permitted at commonrated point at the country of turnaround or country of commencement.
For the purpose of fare calculation US/CA; AU/NZ; EU/LON will be considered as same country.
However, ticketing will be against on adhoc code.
. HKG Q & CA Q are not included in the above routings and must be added to the fares wherever applicable on the given fares above.
. Not applicable on KA codeshare flights operated by CA e.g. KA14xx & KA11xx cannot be used
. Passengers must have confirmed bookings at the time of ticketing. Open dated tickets are not permitted.
. Mixed class fare using 1/2 RT fares in EYCL class (permissable sub classes) is permitted.
. Refund : For totally unused ticket refund will be the full amount of fare paid, less refund charge of NPR 5000.00. For partly used ticket refund will be the fare paid less cost of one way special fare in the same class plus applicable refund charge
. Ticketed pax to HKG will be charged NPR5000.00 in case of no show on travel date or cancellation within 24 hours.
. Ticketing pax to destinations other than HKG will be charged NPR 10000.00 in case of no show on travel date or cancellation within 24 hours.

. No show/ Refund charge walved to full (Normal fare paid ) J and Y class pax
. Ticketing Code : As indicated above . Must be clearly & correctly input in order to be eligible for the above rate.
. Child fare 75% of the adult fare. Infant fare:- 10% of normal IATA published fare is applicable.
. Unaccompanied Minors are NOT permitted on these fares.
. Date change permitted subject to availability of space and within the validity of the fare.
. Codeshare flights not permitted in combination with the above fares. Not applicable on KA codeshare flights operated by CA e.g. KA14xx & KA11xx cannot be used. KA codeshare flights operated by any other 3rd carrier cannot be used also.
