Conditions :
1. Fares are valid
for all tickets issued on/after 15th January 2005
till 31st December 2005.
2. Taxes, Fees
and charges (TFC) not included in the fare, hence
should be collected separately and following
fees/charges will apply besides all taxes; fees and
charges applicable according to the local government
regulation should also be collected.
2.a. Fuel surcharge
(YR) US$ 5.00 or equivalent in NPR per flight
coupon/sector to all RA sectors except Osaka, Japan.
2.b. Insurance
surcharge (YQ) US$ 3.00 or equivalent in NPR per
flight coupon/sector all RA sector except Hong Hong.
2.c. Passenger
Service Fee (PSF) INR 221.00 per sector will apply
in all NPR/INR fare from India to Nepal irrespective
of area of sales and US$ 5.00 or INR 250.00 for US$
fare with effective from 31st December 2005.
3. Discount:
3.a. Children - 25%
of the applicable adult fare applicable for children
who have reached their 2nd birthday but have not
reached their 12th birthday.
3.b. Infant - 90% on
IATA fare: Applicable for babies who have not
reached their 2nd birthday
3.c. Student - 25%
student discount will be applicable to those who
have not completed 25 years. (Prevailing provision
and conditions for being eligible to get student
discounted tickets will continue).
4. Tour Leader:
4.a. For group of 15 adult fare paying passengers one
FOC ticket for the 16th tour conductor is allowed.
4.b. For group of 10 adult fare paying passengers one
50% rebated ticket for the 11th tour conductor is
allowed.
Note:
i) Two children traveling at the children fare will
count as one adult passenger for the purpose of
determining the qualifying number of the group.
ii) Group must be formed on Non-cumulative basis and
must travel together up to the destination.
iii) The above facility of Tour-leader will be
applicable only if the rule of the fare shown in the
ticket allows.
05. No show Charges:
a) NPR 1000 or equivalent will apply in case of
No-show.
b) After collecting the boarding pass at the airport
(after check-in) if passenger does not turn up or
cancels his/her travel voluntary and or due to
Immigration reason 25% of the collected fare will
apply.
c). Exemption: No show charge will not be levied on
Normal US$ fares.
06. Refund charge: NPR 700 will apply.
07. Refund:
a. If partial sectors are used then refund will be
made after deducting applicable fare for used
portion and refund, no show charges etc.
b. Refund of unutilized/unused ticket issued by RA
offices/Agents can be made within three years from
the date of issuance.
08. Normal baggage allowance:
40 Kg for the sector Bangkok, Bangalore, Mumbai,
Delhi, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur in J class.
30 Kg for the sector Hong Kong, Osaka, & Shanghai in
J class.
30 Kg for the sector Bangkok, Bangalore, Mumbai,
Delhi, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur in Y class.
20 Kg for the sector Hong Kong, Osaka, & Shanghai in
Y class.
09. Re-issue Charges:
NPR 2,000 will be collected/charged for the
re-issuance of the ticket sold n Nepal. Such
re-issuance has to be done before the expiry of the
ticket. The difference of fares, if any at the time
of original issue and re-issue should also be
collected in addition to re-issue charge. Such
re-issuance will be applicable for partially used or
unused tickets.
10. Exemption:
Re-issue charge will not be applied for Normal USD
11. Upgrade:
Excursion fare can be upgraded to 'J' class charging
50% additional fare of the Special economy fare and
Tour Code will be respective tour code + J.
12. Above USD fares can be used for PTA purpose also
charging USD 25 as PTA charge and for INDO/NEPAL
sectors local fares PTA charge will be INR 500 or
NPR 800.
