Important Notice for an Indian citizen
This is to inform you that with effect from 01st October 2000 as decided by the Government of India an Indian citizen over the age of 10 years travelling by air between India & Nepal would have to keep in his possession any of the following documents to establish his/her identify as Indian citizen : a) Valid Indian passports or b) Photo Identity-card issued by the Government or Union Territory Administration in India c) Voter Identity-card issued by the Election Commission of India or d) Limited validity photo-identity certificates issued by the Embassy of India in Nepal. This is to be adhered to strictly.
